The mix is easy to prepare, all you need to do is mix our mix with some eggs, sunflower oil and water for 5 minutes on high speed with the help of a hand mixer, then fill the smooth batter in in muffin cups, bake it at 180° for 20-25 minutes until it's golden brown and then cool it for 30 minutes before serving. Our mix is a versatile mix and can be used for preparing gluten-free cupcakes, muffins, and cookies. With this pack, you can prepare up to 15 delicious gluten-free muffins.

Shelf-Life:  Josef Marc® All Purpose Gluten Free Cake Mix can be stored for 6 Months in a sealed 250g container under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

MIX all the ingredients using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with whisk attachment for 6-7 mins on top speed or until a uniform batter is formed.

FILL the smooth batter into the muffin cups (2/3 full).

BAKE at 180°C for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.

COOL to room temperature before serving.
