This easy Eggless vanilla muffin recipe makes a perfectly moist and flavorful cupcake every time you bake
INGREDIENTS
- 240g of Cake Flour
- 10g of Baking Powder
- 1113g of Butter
- 50g of Powdered Sugar
- 240ml of Milk
- 10ml of Vinegar
- 10ml of Vanilla Essence
- Chocolate Chips (Optional)
BAKING METHOD
PREHEAT the oven to 160°C
PLACE the T45 cake flour, baking powder, butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well
ADD the milk, vinegar, vanilla and mix well
YOU can also add chocolate chips for flavoring
BEAT the batter smooth and pour the batter into the preheated oven
BAKE for 20-25mins in the preheated oven
YOU May garnish with Chocolate chips and serve
