1. DO YOU SUPPLY YEAST?

Yes, We do supply Instant Dry Yeast, where you can skip the first stop of proofing with warm water and sugar and can directly add to your flour.

2. HOW DO I STORE OPENED OR PARTIALLY USED PACKETS OF MIXES / FLOURS?

Josef Marc products do not have any preservatives of any kind or are not chemically treated to increase its shelf life and hence need to be stored in recommended conditions only in order to ensure quality consistency throughout the entire duration of its shelf life. We strongly recommend that you store the products in a hygienic, low humidity environment at a temperature not more than 21ºC at all times. Additionally, if opened, they need to be sealed properly during storage so that there are no chances of external infestation affecting the products. Make sure that opened packets are consumed within 15 days.

3. IS THERE ANY LOCAL STORE WHERE I CAN COLLECT YOUR PRODUCT?

No, unfortunately we do not have any franchise and outlet where you can collect our Speciality Flour and Premium Baking Mixes.

4. CAN I GET SAMPLE OF YOUR PRODUCT?

Yes, we have a small pack of baking mixes that allows you to test in your own kitchen free of charge. You only have to pay for shipping to your destination.

5. WHY WE CHOOSE YOUR SPECIALITY RANGE OF FLOUR OVER OTHER ORDINARY FLOUR AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET

Our flour is not just regular wheat flour It is specially treated and processed to ensure consistent product output and for a specific application. It is made from specially selected wheat varieties from across the world and treated as per European standards.

6. DO YOU HAVE ANY STRONG BREAD FLOUR?

Yes, our T65 are strong flours recommended for bread. T65 has 12-14% of Gluten. Additionally, if you are looking for normal bread flour for making any kind of soft bread then you can consider our T55 All-Purpose Flour which has 12%-13% of Gluten along with special enzymes.

7. WHAT IS SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?

The shelf life of products differs from product to product. The shelf life of Josef Marc products means the duration in which products will not show any quality degradation when stored and used under recommended storage conditions. Shelf life of various products is as given below (1) Flours: up to 4 months (2) Premixes: up to 9 to 12 months

To every single pin code in the country, no matter how remote. We currently have customers in all states/ in India

2. HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

We partner with FedEx, Blue dart, DHL, and other major carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 5-10 business days. You can track your orders by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your product dispatched from our end.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Please e-mail us ([email protected]), clearly stating your order number, name, and stating your wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, then unfortunately we are not able to cancel.

1. WHAT HAPPENS IF MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT MY ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED?

Sometimes, network congestion and server load at the payment gateway can delay payment acknowledgments. We recommend you wait for 12 hours. As soon as your payment is confirmed you will receive an email from us, confirming the same.

2. WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can purchase products by making payments online using our payment gateway which offers multiple payment choices.

If you are not able to access your account on www. josefmarc. in, it may be in-active or suspended. Kindly get in touch with our support team to resolve your concern.

3. CAN I PLACE ORDERS IF I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT?

Yes. You can place orders without login-in to your account by sending your requirement through Whats App or Email by contacting our Support Executive

4. HOW CAN I SEND SOMETHING TO RECYCLE?

You can email us at [email protected] and we will schedule one of our partners to collect the bags from you. You need to have at least a dozen packets to schedule this option.
