French Style T45 Cake flour most popularly known as the pastry flour or “farine de gruau” in french is soft and fine wheat flour. The name ‘T45’ basically means Type 45 comes under French style flour classification that has about 0.40% to 0.45% mineral content.
Pure french style flour, perfect for making high-quality cakes & sweets. It is fine, soft, and white in color. It has a fine granulation, low ash content, low gluten content. Type 45 is the lowest and whitest flour with only around 45 grams of mineral contents left after the burning process and no part of the bran.  T45 flour is ground from selected soft wheat varieties. It imparts nice texture and fine crumb structure to cakes and sponges. It is not suitable for bread but is typically used for brioche and sometimes for croissants

Josef Marc’s French style flour is traditionally milled by artisan millers, Pure French style flour, perfect for making high-quality cakes and sweets. It is fine, soft and white in color. It is very light in texture and has very little mineral content. T45 is finely ground flour using the soft wheat varieties.

This easy Eggless vanilla cake recipe makes a perfectly moist and flavorful sponge cake every time you bake


  • 200g of T45 Cake Flour
  • 245ml of Plain Yogurt 
  • 165g gms of Granulated Sugar
  • 3g  of Baking Soda
  • 4g of Baking Powder
  • 125ml of Sunflower Oil
  • 4.9ml of Vanilla Essence / Vanilla Extract  1 teaspoon


PREHEAT the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 10 mins.

TAKE 6 or 8-inch baking pan. Grease the surface of the pan with oil or melted butter using a brush.

SPRINKLE some flour over it and tilt the pan in all directions. Line the pan with butter paper.

PLACE plain curd and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well using a wired whisk until smooth.

ADD baking soda and baking powder mix well and rest the batter for 5 mins Add oil and vanilla extract and mix well.

ADD the flour in the mixing bowl and mix well using a wired whisk until no white flour visible. 

POUR the batter into greased pan and bake at 35 to 40 mins at 180°C or until the top looks brown. Serve with the chocolate Syrup

PREHEAT  the oven to 180°C and line a 9’ round cake pan with parchment paper.

IN a mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, In a separate, combine sugar and oil. Beat well

ADD yogurts vanilla red color and lemon juice and mix until everything is well mix

ADD dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three batches, alternating with buttermilk.

MIX well with a wired whisk. Beat only until everything is well combined

POUR the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30- 40 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Your eggless red velvet cake is ready!

This easy Eggless Chocolate cake recipe makes a perfectly moist and flavorful Chocolaty cake every time you bake.


  • 180g of T45 Cake Flour  
  • 75g of cocoa powder
  • 3g of Baking Soda 
  • 4g of Baking Powder
  • 180ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 300g of Caster Sugar
  • 285g of Greek Yogurts ( or curd hung over night )
  • 2.5ml of Vanilla Extract
  • 120ml of milk + 5ml of white vinegar, mixed and rest for 5minutes


PREHEAT the oven to180°C. Line a 9" baking pan with parchment paper.

WHISK cocoa, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder into a bowl

IN a large bowl, beat together oil and sugar until the mixture is pale and light add yogurt and mix well.

BEAT in vanilla using a mixer at low.

ADD the flour mixture to the wet ingredients alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Mix only until well combined. Don't over mix.

POUR the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • 175g of Dark Chocolate (Coarsely Chopped)
  • 200g of caster Sugar
  • 60g of T45 Cake Flour 
  • 4g Baking Powder 
  • 23g of Cocoa Powder
  • 285g of Greek Yogurts
  • 63g of crushed Walnuts 


BUTTER an 8" square pan and pre-heat your oven to 180C.

IN a saucepan set over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Let it cool.

COMBINE sugar and eggs (or Greek yogurt).

ADD the cooled chocolate mixture.

ADD in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Fold in the walnuts

TRANSFER the batter to the baking dish.

BAKE at 180C for 30 minutes-35 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before you try and cut them.

PREHEAT oven to 180 degrees

MIX in your caster sugar and butter well
WHEN incorporated well, add the warm milk.

THEN add your flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

MIX well.

INTO a prepared glass bowl, pour in the batter.

IN the middle, add 2-3 cubes of chocolate and using a spoon, cover the chocolate.

BAKE only for 10-12 minutes until you see the edges and tops are crisp.

SERVE with berries and ice cream.

  • 240g of Cake Flour
  • 10g of Baking Powder
  • 1113g of Butter
  • 50g of Powdered Sugar
  • 240ml of Milk
  • 10ml of Vinegar
  • 10ml of Vanilla Essence
  • Chocolate Chips (Optional) 


PREHEAT the oven to 160°C

PLACE the T45 cake flour, baking powder, butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well

ADD the milk, vinegar, vanilla and mix well 

YOU can also add chocolate chips for flavoring 

BEAT the batter smooth and pour the batter into the preheated oven 

BAKE for 20-25mins in the preheated oven 

YOU May garnish with Chocolate chips and serve
