9 GRAIN MULTICEREAL BREAD

This variation of 9grain multi cereal bread must easily be among the healthiest bread option in Germany. it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is especially delicious served with soup. 

TOTAL TIME: 120 Minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

 

BAKING METHOD 
 
MIX the bread mix, water & dry yeast together to form a consistent paste.

KNEAD well for 10-12 mins or until a well-developed pasty dough is formed.

COVER loosely with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

SHAPE the dough, mould into 2 round balls and place into the greased tin.

COVER the top with wheat or rye flour and leave in a warm place for approximately 40mins or until doubled in size.   

REMOVE the cover and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 40-45 mins.
