Egg Free Original Pancake

MAKES: 10 Pancakes of 50gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

PREHEAT the pancake griddle after lightly greasing it.

WHISK all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.

AVOID over mixing else the pancakes will be rubbery.

REST the batter for 2 minutes.

POUR ¼ cup batter on the preheated griddle.

COOK until edges are dry, flip & cook until golden brown.

SERVE hot with maple syrup, honey or toppings of your choice.
