Classic Egg Free Red Velvet Cake

MAKES: 400gms of Red Velvet Cake

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

PRE-HEAT oven to 180ºC.

BLEND mix and water in a large bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer for 1 minute.

SCRAPE the batter and mix again for 2 min at medium speed or until a uniform batter is formed.

ADD oil and blend together for 1 min at slow speed or until consistent & uniform.

POUR batter into the baking tin and bake at 180ºC-200ºC for 25-30 mins or until baked.
