All Natural Healthy Coconut Macaroon

TOTAL TIME:
Prep: 5 mins + resting
Bake: 10 mins + cooling

MAKES: 30 Macaroons of 10gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

MIX in a large bowl with a hand mixer till uniform dough is formed.

SCALE small portions of dough on the buttered baking tray using ice cream scoop or piping bag with a nozzle of 10 mm.

REST for 15 mins at room temperature before baking.

BAKE at 185ºC for 10 mins or until golden brown.

GLAZE it or dip in chocolate after cooling.
