MAKES: 15 muffins of 30gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

PREHEAT the oven at 190°C.

MIX all the ingredients on top speed for 6 mins or until a smooth batter is formed.

FOLD fruits & nuts of your choice into the batter while stirring.
(optional)

FILL the batter in the muffin cups (2/3 full).

BAKE at 180°C for 20 mins or until golden brown.
