Authentic Spanish Churro

MAKES: 60 Churro strips of 10gms each.


SLOWLY pour boiling water into the mix while blending using a hand mixer with dough hook attachment.

MIX for about 8-10 mins until uniform dough is formed.

TRANSFER the dough to a piping bag with 8 mm star nozzle.

DEPOSIT 3 inch strips into the fryer/skillet & deep fry both sides till golden brown.

REMOVE the fried churros and drain them on absorbent paper.

ROLL the fried churros in the mixture of 1 portion cinnamon powder and 2 portions castor sugar.

SERVE the delicious churros with chocolate sauce or dip of your choice
