Crispy and Creamy Egg Free Donut

MIX all ingredients together by hand to form the uniform dough for 10 mins.

REST the dough for 20 mins by covering with a damp cloth.

DEFLATE and gently roll on the floured surface with rolling pin to ½ inch thickness & cut with donut cutter.

REST again for 30 mins by covering with the damp cloth.

DEEP fry each side for 2 mins at 170ºC in a skillet or until it turns golden brown.

DRAIN after frying on absorbent paper to remove excess oil & frost as desired.
