Egg Free Choco Lava Cake

TOTAL TIME: 10 -15 minutes

MAKES: 12 Lava cakes of 40gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

MIX all the ingredients with a hand mixer for 5 mins on top speed or until uniform batter is formed.

FILL the batter in the aluminium foil cup (2/3 full).

BAKE at 210ºC for 8 mins or until a firm crust is formed.

SERVE hot along with ice-cream flavour of your choice.
