INGREDIENTS
DIRECTION

MIX brownie mix & water in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer or a stand mixer for 1 minute or until uniform.

POUR oil and mix again for 4 mins on slow speed or until consistent batter is formed.

FOLD nuts/chips into the batter while mixing slowly. (Optional)

SCALE into a baking tray (3/4 full).

BAKE at 180ºC for 40 mins & cool it to room temp before eating.

*Use paddle attachment for mixing.
