Egg Free Red Velvet Belgian Waffle

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

MAKES: 10 waffles of 50gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

PREHEAT the waffle maker at 190ºC after lightly greasing it.

WHISK all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until a smooth batter is formed.

REST the batter for 2 minutes.

POUR the batter on the preheated waffle iron.

COOK the waffles until steaming stops.

SERVE the waffle with desired toppings and fruits
