Hi- Fiber Wholemeal Bread

Prep: 15 min. + rising
Bake: 30-35 mins. + cooling

MAKES: 1 loaf of 400gms


MIX the bread mix, water and dry yeast together to form a soft dough.*

KNEAD well for 6-8 mins or until a well-developed dough is formed.

COVER loosely with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

SHAPE the dough into a loaf.

COVER with a damp cloth and leave the dough in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes or until doubled in size.

REMOVE the cover and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30-35 minutes.**

* Use a spiral mixer or hand mixer with dough hook attachment
** Bake with lots of steam
