Hi- Fiber Wholemeal Bread

Most loaves on the shelves of the German bakeries are of the dark brown and healthy variety. it is commonly eaten or with cheese or cold meats in the evening 

TOTAL TIME: 110 Minutes


MIX the bread mix, water, and dry yeast together to form a soft dough.*

KNEAD well for 6-8 mins or until a well-developed dough is formed.

COVER loosely with a damp cloth and allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

SHAPE the dough into a loaf.

COVER with a damp cloth and leave the dough in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes or until doubled in size.

REMOVE the cover and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30-35 minutes.
