Gluten Free Vanilla Muffin

TOTAL TIME:
Prep: 6-7 mins
Bake: 20-25 mins + cooling

MAKES: 15 muffins of 30gms each.

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

MIX all the ingredients using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with whisk attachment for 6-7 mins on top speed or until a uniform batter is formed.

FILL the smooth batter into the muffin cups (2/3 full).

BAKE at 180°C for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.

COOL to room temperature before serving.
