Italian Pizza

Prep: 15 min + rising
Bake: 6-8 mins

MAKES: 2 Pizza Bases of 200gms each.


ADD water, oil & dry yeast into the pizza base mix and mix to form a soft dough.

KNEAD well for 8-10 mins or until a well-developed dough is formed.

MAKE 2 small round pieces of dough for pizza bases.

PUT the pizza dough balls in the covered plastic container and let it rest for 60 minutes.

FREEZE the dough for minimum 3 hours to 24 hours in a closed plastic container (optional).

STRETCH & shape the dough and garnish it with your choice of toppings.

BAKE at 250°C - 300°C for approximately 6-8 mins.
