Swiss Chocolate Sponge Cake

Bake: 25 mins

MAKES: 500 gm sponge cake

DIRECTIONS

WHISK all the ingredients in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer or a stand mixer for about 7-8 mins on the top speed or until the batter is light & airy.

SCALE into the cake mould or baking tray (3/4 full).

BAKE at 180ºC for 25 mins or until properly baked.
